1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Imose products and services, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services and devices.
2. Devices
Imose devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, routers, MiFi, desk phones) are sold with a limited warranty covering factory defects only.
Devices obtained through installment financing remain the property of Imose until all payments are completed.
Unauthorized modifications, misuse, or third-party repairs may void the warranty.
3. SIM & Mobile Services
SIM activation requires valid registration in compliance with NCC (Nigerian Communications Commission) regulations.
Users must provide accurate personal information during registration.
Service availability may vary depending on network coverage, technical limitations, or maintenance.
Imose reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse, fraud, or non-compliance with regulations.
4. Data & Airtime Plans
All data, airtime, and plan subscriptions are subject to availability and expiry timelines communicated at purchase.
Automatic renewals and top-ups occur only with customer consent.
Plans are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
5. Number Portability
Customers may port their numbers to Imose Mobile in compliance with NCC guidelines.
Porting requests are subject to approval and technical checks.
6. Device Financing (Pay in Installments)
Customers may access Imose devices at zero upfront cost under approved installment plans.
Financing terms, repayment schedules, and applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Failure to meet agreed payment obligations may result in the following actions:
Suspension of Imose Mobile services
Over-the-Air (OTA) locking of the financed device until payment is made
Retrieval of the financed device
Legal enforcement of the financing agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Imose shall not be liable for service interruptions, loss of data, or damages caused by misuse of devices or services.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the device or service purchased.
8. Changes to Terms
Imose may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and, where necessary, communicated directly to customers.
